Policies

- K'Tor Étair has a strict no-refund policy. All security deposits and full payments are nonrefundable.
 *Any service after payment is nonrefundable.*

- All orders require 2 weeks notice. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and the other half will be due upon pickup or delivery. Rush orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance will receive a $25 rush fee.
*Failure to pay the deposit will result in a canceled order.* 

- Delivery is only offered for tiered cakes and will be charged by the mile. 
*Mini two-tier cakes are not included*  

- Please note that inspiration photos are strictly for inspiration purposes only as we will not completely copy another cake design. Designs will be made as similar as possible and tweaked when needed. 

- We do not offer sheet cakes, Pull-apart cakes (cupcake cakes) are offered in replace of the desired cake style.

- This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or local health department.
